1. visit here to obtained the latest MinGW installer. eg. mingw-get-inst-20120426 in my case

2. download the installer and run it.


3. you can choose to install the compiler in C:/MinGW (default directory)

4. choose like below during components selection.


5. a console window will opens and start downloading, will take a few minutes depend on your internet connection speed.

6. finally, set ENVIRONMENT PATH to include C:/MinGW/Bin
